Where can I purchase a booth?

Booths go on sale in the Summer of 2021. You can sign up to get on the waitlist here. If you need an invoice, please email to request one. 

When can I set up?

October 29th from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.We do ask all vendors to have their booth(s) set up completed no later than 7:00pm on Friday to facilitate a smooth event.


Will there be an electrical outlet in my booth?

You must request access to an electrical outlet on your registration form. If you need to change your answer, please email


When is break down and outloading?

The load out begins when the event ends at 3:00pm or after the public has left the event. Please do not break down and move things out of the venue during the event.


Will my booth be secure overnight from Friday to Saturday?

Yes, The Commons will be locked after 7:00pm and reopened at 8:00am on Saturday, February 27.


Will there be a way I can identify the couples out of the crowd of attendees?

Yes. Each couple will be given a white lei to wear so they will be easily spotted among the other attendees. Couples will also receive a Montana Wedding event tote bag to carry the handouts, giveaways, etc. that you give to him/her/them.

Where should I park my vehicle on Saturday? 

Parking spaces close to the entrances should be left open for attendees. Park your vehicle in the spaces along Baxter Lane. The gravel lot along the side of the building is reserved for the food trucks.


Is there a place on site to grab lunch or dinner?

Yes. We will be hosting several food trucks in the Montana Wedding Bistro. A coffee business will be serving coffee and tea at the Coffee & Espresso Bar in the lobby.
